Customer Rating: Summary: Horrible 2006-09-20 Comment: One Star is too good a rating for this horrible product. Dan River and HIT Entertainment should be ashamed of themselves for selling such an inferior product for children.
Our 2.5 year old was so excited when these sheets arrived today. Upon opening them, I was horrified at the hard and scratchy texture of the sheets and comforter. Even after washing the sheets with fabric softener the sheets are rougher than sandpaper.
The stitching is also very shoddy. These sheets would have fallen apart in 6 months.
We'll be looking for new Bob the Builder sheets for our son to swap for these. But what are we supposed to do in the meantime? Tell our 2.5 year old he can't sleep with his new sheets. I'm mortified that we actually let him go to sleep in this sandpaper sandwich.
